RETURNSDue to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns and all sales are final. With exception of damaged items, all sales are made final once goods are received. If goods are damaged, please do send us a photo at email@example.com with the subject line: DAMAGED, and include your order number.
Please note that for lashes, they are handmade so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment and this does not constitute damaged items.
Damages from shipping will need to be reviewed and we cannot guarantee this will resort to replacement of product.
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?If you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel your order. Unfortunately, after the order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.
CANCELLATIONSWe are able to help you with cancelling your order only if we are informed prior to dispatch.
Unfortunately we will be unable to accept cancellations once your order has been dispatched.
