All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA) ORDERS
Please note: we cannot ship to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockers for domestic orders.

Note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Petite Cosmetics. Should the package be refused by the customer due to customs, the order will not be refunded by Petite Cosmetics.
MY INTERNATIONAL TRACKING ORDER HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED IN A WHILE. WHY?
We partner with DHL eCommerce for our international standard shipping. DHL will deliver our products to your country and use that country's national postal network to deliver to your doorstep.
For example: In the USA, DHL uses USPS to deliver to your doorstep.
Whilst DHL tracks your order until delivery, tracking via your national postal network may provide you with more timely information. You can use the same tracking number to track your order.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us so that we can investigate this for you.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
Every order is dispatched with an Authority to Leave instruction; provided it is safe to leave the parcel (at the courier’s discretion), your parcel will be left at the doorstep or in a safe place.
If it is unsafe for the parcel to be left at the address, a notification card will be left with instructions to pick it up at your convenience from the nearest post office during their opening hours.
We recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery.
