We Offer Free Shipping For:
Standard Shipping: On Orders Over $50AUD (Australia) / Orders Over $75 (International)
International Express Shipping: On Orders Over $100AUD

Once orders have been placed please allow at least 2 business days for the order to be processed.


Guidelines for shipping times are as follows, from date of processing:

Domestic Standard: 2-6 Business Days
International Standard: 6-12 Business Days
International Express: 1-3 Business Days

These are indicative timelines only, there may be delays especially during busy seasons e.g Christmas

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockers for domestic (Australian) orders.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from www.petitecosmetics.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

MY INTERNATIONAL TRACKING ORDER HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED IN A WHILE. WHY?

We partner with DHL eCommerce for our international standard shipping. DHL will deliver our products to your country and use that country's national postal network to deliver to your doorstep.

For example: In the USA, DHL uses USPS to deliver our products to your doorstep.

Whilst DHL tracks your order until delivery, tracking via your national postal network may provide you with more timely information. You can use the same tracking number to track your order.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

Every order is dispatched with an Authority to Leave instruction; provided it is safe to leave the parcel (at the courier’s discretion), your parcel will be left at the doorstep or in a safe place.

If it is unsafe for the parcel to be left at the address, a notification card will be left with instructions to pick it up at your convenience from the nearest post office during their opening hours.

We recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery.
