HOW OFTEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED


Your Petite Cosmetics subscriptions will be shipped to you at your selected frequency (e.g 1 month / 2 months / 3 months). Your first refill will be shipped 1 month / 2 month / 3 months from your initial shipment date (depending on your selected frequency).

 

WHAT SAVINGS DO I GET FOR SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?


All Petite Cosmetics lashes purchased under subscription enjoy a 15% discount.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?


Yes. Our subscriptions are flexible meaning you can add, remove and swap out your lashes. Subscriptions can be managed online in your account. To do so simply:
  • Log into your Petite Cosmetics account and click "Manage Subscription"
  • Add / Remove / Swap your subscription plan

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?


You may cancel your subscription anytime with no obligations. To do so simply login to your Petite Cosmetics account and manage your subscriptions.

CAN I SKIP MY PERIODIC SUBSCRIPTION?


Yes! You can easily skip a shipment in your account online, or contact us and we'll help you skip a future subscription shipment. To skip your subscription:
  • Log into your Petite Cosmetics account and click "Manage Subscription"
  • Under the "Delivery Schedule" tab you can simply select the shipment that you would like to skip.
Please note: Orders are processed immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however if an subscription order has already been processed that shipment will be shipped and billed to you accordingly and your subscription will be cancelled for all future shipments.

 

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?


You will be billed whenever your Petite Cosmetics subscription is shipped out.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY LASH SUBSCRIPTION ONCE RECEIVED?


Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to orders@petitecosmetics.com and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?


You can update your payment information for your subscription by:
  • Logging into your Petite Cosmetics account and click "Manage Subscription"
  • Click "Billing Information" and update your information there
